From your question, it sounds like you are counting the invented BPC as part of your profit since you plan to use datacores you acquired via exploration. That is fine, but just remember, you may end up with more isk if you just sell the datacores....

A capsule's sensor strength is 3 and its signature radius is 25. Even with implants it would need 3 mid-slot ECCM modules to be unprobeable, and I don't think they will fit.
